In 2013, Mette and Jesper Ratza founded Auction Group A/S, which developed AUTOproff, a digital platform for car auctions. The company grew quickly and scaled internationally, leading in 2022 to an exit to AutoScout24 and Hellman & Friedman.
In parallel, Jesper Ratza and Cloud Capital's partners have co-founded and driven a number of companies and development within large international groups.
Cloud Capital was established as a long-term platform to manage the combined wealth actively — with the same approach, values and quality standards that have driven our own companies.
